Shotwick is a small village and former civil parish located on the southern end of the Wirral Peninsula. It currently falls within the parish of Puddington in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester, situated in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England.
The village is positioned near the border between England and Wales, close to the county of Flintshire. Historically, Shotwick was located on the River Dee until 1736, when the river was canalised. The land reclaimed from this process has since been developed into the neighboring Deeside Industrial Park.
