Rothbury is a market town and civil parish located in Northumberland, England. It is situated on the banks of the River Coquet, approximately 14 miles (22.5 km) north-west of Morpeth and 26 miles (42 km) north of Newcastle upon Tyne.
According to the 2011 census, the town had a population of 2,107 residents.
