Rawtenstall is a town located in the borough of Rossendale, Lancashire, England. It is situated at the center of the Rossendale Valley and lies approximately 15 miles north of Manchester, 22 miles east of Preston, and 45 miles southeast of Lancaster.
As of 2022, the town had a population of 23,000 residents.
