Perry Vale is a residential neighbourhood located within the London Borough of Lewisham in the United Kingdom. It is situated approximately 10.5 km (6.5 mi) southeast of Charing Cross. The area lies near Forest Hill, specifically to the east of the Forest Hill railway station, which serves as the western boundary for the neighborhood.
The electoral ward takes its name from Perry Vale, the primary road passing through the area. This thoroughfare is part of the B227 road, which continues southward under the name Perry Rise. The current boundaries of the electoral ward have been in place since 2002, following a revision of wards by the London Borough of Lewisham.
