Northwich is a market town and civil parish located in the Cheshire West and Chester borough of Cheshire, England. It is situated on the Cheshire Plain at the confluence of the rivers Weaver and Dane.
The town is positioned approximately 18 miles east of Chester, 15 miles south of Warrington, and 19 miles south of Manchester. Other nearby landmarks include Birmingham to the north and Liverpool to the southeast. As of the 2021 census, the population of the parish was 22,726.
