Nailsea is a town and civil parish located in North Somerset, England. It is situated approximately 8 miles (13 km) southwest of Bristol and 11 miles (18 km) northeast of Weston-super-Mare.
The town had a population of 15,539 as recorded in the 2021 census. The nearest village to Nailsea is Backwell, which is located to the south on the opposite side of the Bristol to Exeter railway line.
