Moulsoe is a village and civil parish located in the unitary authority area of the City of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, England. It sits on the border with Bedfordshire, positioned approximately 2.5 miles (4.0 km) east-southeast of Newport Pagnell and about 5 miles (8.0 km) north-northeast of Central Milton Keynes.
The village is situated just east of the M1 motorway. The primary thoroughfare passing through the settlement is the Newport Road, which travels from the west before transitioning into Cranfield Road at a bend near the local church as it heads eastward.
