Morcott is a village and civil parish situated in the county of Rutland within the East Midlands region of England. It is located approximately 7 miles (11 km) southeast of Oakham, the county town, near the intersection of the A47 and A6121 roads.
The village has a small population, which was recorded at 329 during the 2001 census and decreased slightly to 321 by the 2011 census. A notable local landmark is a reconstructed windmill, which is visible from both the east and west-bound approaches along the A47.
