Mexborough is a town located in the City of Doncaster District within South Yorkshire, England. It is situated along the River Don near its confluence with the River Dearne and lies adjacent to the A6023 road.
The town is geographically positioned between Manvers and Denaby Main. It shares contiguous boundaries with Swinton to the southwest and Conisbrough to the east.
