Liversedge is an industrial town located in the Kirklees district of West Yorkshire, England. It is situated between the towns of Cleckheaton and Heckmondwike and was historically a part of the West Riding of Yorkshire.
The town forms part of the Heavy Woollen District and was historically associated with the parish of Birstall. According to the 2011 Census, the population of the Liversedge and Gomersal ward was 19,420.
