Kinsham is a civil parish located in the wooded hills of Herefordshire, England. It is situated in the Marches region near the border with Wales, approximately 3 miles (5 km) east of the Welsh town of Presteigne.
The parish contains two small settlements known as Upper Kinsham and Lower Kinsham. These are positioned in the eastern portion of the area, overlooking the valley of the River Lugg, which serves as the boundary for the parish.
