Hinckley is a market town located in south-west Leicestershire, England. It is administered by the Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and serves as the third largest settlement in the county, following Leicester and Loughborough.
The town is situated approximately halfway between Leicester and Coventry, positioned near Nuneaton and Watling Street on the border with Warwickshire. It forms part of an urban area that includes the large village of Burbage to its south.
