High Halstow is a village and civil parish located on the Hoo Peninsula in South East England. It falls under the jurisdiction of the unitary authority of Medway.
While it was administratively part of Kent until 1998, High Halstow remains ceremonially associated with the county via the Lieutenancies Act. According to census data, the parish population grew from 1,781 in 2001 to 1,807 in 2011.
