Henlow is a village and civil parish located in the Central Bedfordshire district of Bedfordshire, England. It is situated approximately 11 miles (18 km) south-east of the county town of Bedford.
The name Henlow is believed to originate from the Old English terms henna hlaw, which translates to "hill of birds" or "hill frequented by birds."
