Haslingden is a town located in the borough of Rossendale within Lancashire, England. It is situated approximately 16 miles (26 km) north of Manchester.
As of the 2021 census, the town had a population of 15,969. The surrounding landscape is characterized by high moorland, including Bull Hill to the south at 418 metres (1,371 ft), Cribden to the east at 396 metres (1,299 ft), and moorland reaching 370 metres (1,210 ft) to the north.
