Dereham, historically known as East Dereham, is a town and civil parish located in the Breckland District of the English county of Norfolk. It serves as a local settlement within the United Kingdom.
The town is situated on the A47 road. Geographically, it is positioned approximately 15 miles (24 km) west of the city of Norwich and about 25 miles (40 km) east of King's Lynn.
