Cookham

Cookham is a historic Thames-side village and civil parish located on the north-eastern edge of Berkshire, England. It is situated approximately 2.9 miles (5 km) north-north-east of Maidenhead and sits directly opposite the village of Bourne End.

The village represents the southernmost and most rural portion of the High Wycombe urban area. When combined with the neighboring areas of Cookham Rise and Cookham Dean, the total population was recorded as 5,779 during the 2011 Census. In that same year, The Daily Telegraph identified Cookham as Britain's second richest village.
