Burton Constable is a civil parish located in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 9 miles (14 km) north-east of Hull city centre and 3 miles (5 km) south-east of the village of Skirlaugh.
The parish is composed of the hamlets of Marton and West Newton, along with traces of the deserted medieval village of Burton Constable. According to the 2021 census, the population of the parish was 115.
