Bracknell is a town and civil parish located in Berkshire, England. It serves as the administrative centre for the borough of Bracknell Forest and represents the westernmost area within the Greater London Urban Area.
The town is situated approximately 25 miles (40 km) west of central London. It lies 11 miles (18 km) east of Reading, 9 miles (14 km) south of Maidenhead, and 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Windsor. Bracknell is recognized as the third largest town in the county of Berkshire.
