Biddulph is a town and civil parish located in the Staffordshire Moorlands district within the county of Staffordshire, England. It is situated approximately 9 miles (14 km) north of Stoke-on-Trent and 5 miles (8 km) south-east of Congleton, positioned near the border between Staffordshire and Cheshire.
As of the 2011 census, the parish had a population of 19,892. The town serves as a residential and administrative area within the rural landscape of the Staffordshire Moorlands.
