Beckenham is a town located in south-east London, England, within the London Borough of Bromley. Before 1965, the area was part of the county of Kent. It is situated approximately 8.4 miles (13.5 km) south-east of Charing Cross.
The town's geographic position places it north of Elmers End and Eden Park, east of Penge, south of Lower Sydenham and Bellingham, and west of Bromley and Shortlands. As of 2021, the population of Beckenham was 60,739.
