Rillieux-la-Pape is a commune located in the Metropolis of Lyon within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of central-eastern France. As of 2023, the municipality had a population of 31,389 residents.
The current commune was established in 1973 through the merger of two former communes: Rillieux and Crépieux-la-Pape.
