Tourlaville is a former commune located in the Manche department of Normandy in north-western France. It was historically situated within this region before undergoing administrative changes in the 21st century.
On January 1, 2016, Tourlaville was merged into the new commune of Cherbourg-en-Cotentin. During the early modern era, the area was associated with the de Ravalet family, who served as its lords.
