Combs-la-Ville is a commune located in the southeastern outer suburbs of Paris within the Seine-et-Marne department of the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It sits on the departmental border with Essonne and is situated approximately 25.5 km (15.8 mi) from the center of Paris.

The commune is part of the "new town" of Sénart, which was established during the 1970s. It serves as a residential area within the broader metropolitan framework of the Parisian outskirts.
