Charenton-le-Pont, often referred to simply as Charenton, is a commune located in France just southeast of Paris. It sits approximately 6.2 km (3.9 mi) from the center of the city and is positioned to the north of the confluence where the Seine and Marne rivers meet.

The "Bridge" portion of the municipality's name refers to a stone bridge spanning the Marne river. Charenton-le-Pont is notable for being one of the most densely populated municipalities in Europe.
