Pulap, also known as Pollap, is an atoll located in the Pattiw group of the Caroline Islands within the Federated States of Micronesia. It is situated in Chuuk State, approximately 140 miles (230 km) west of Chuuk.
The atoll covers a total area of 31.321 km2 (12.1 sq mi), with only 0.992 km2 (0.4 sq mi) consisting of emergent land. This landmass is composed of three distinct islands: Pollap in the north, Tamatam in the south, and Fanadik at the western fringe of the reef.
