Losap is an atoll situated in the Eastern Islands, also known as the Upper Mortlock Islands group. It is located within the outer islands region of the state of Chuuk in the Federated States of Micronesia.
The atoll is positioned approximately 81 km (50 mi) to the southeast of Chuuk. It serves as a geographical component of the broader Micronesian archipelago.
