Gumer is a woreda located in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. It is situated within the Gurage Zone and derives its name from the Gumer, which is one of the sub-groups of the Sebat Bet Gurage people.
The woreda is bordered by several other administrative areas: it is bounded by Ezha to the north, Cheha to the northwest, Geta to the southwest, and the Silt'e Zone to the southeast. Notable towns within the district include Arek'it and B'ole. Historically, the woredas of Geta and Alicho Werero were part of Gumer before being separated.
