Gedeb is a woreda located in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. It is named after its primary town, which also shares the name Gedeb.
The woreda is situated within the Gedeo Zone and serves as a neighboring territory to several other regions. It is bordered by Bule to the north, Yirgachefe to the northwest, Kochere to the west, and the Oromia Region to the east and south. Historically, Gedeb was part of the Kochere woreda.
