Ziway, formally known by its exonym Zway or Batu, is a town and woreda located in the East Shewa Zone of Ethiopia's Oromiya region. It is situated along the primary road connecting the capital city of Addis Ababa to Nairobi.
The town is positioned at a latitude and longitude of 7°56′N 38°43′E, at an elevation of approximately 1,643 meters above sea level.
