Waliso is a town located in the Southwest Shewa Zone of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia. It is situated approximately 114 km southwest of the capital city, Addis Ababa, at an elevation of 2063 meters above sea level.
The town serves as the administrative center for the Southwest Shewa Zone. Its geographical coordinates are 8°32′N 37°58′E.
