Hirna is a town located in the West Hararghe Zone of the Oromia Region in Ethiopia. Situated at a latitude of 9°13′N and a longitude of 41°06′E, the town sits at an altitude of 1,763 meters above sea level.
The settlement serves as the larger of the two towns within the Tulo woreda. It is primarily inhabited by the Ituu Oromo people.
