Asasa is a town located in southeastern Ethiopia within the West Arsi Zone of the Oromia Region. Situated at a latitude and longitude of 07°06′N 39°12′E, the town sits at an elevation of 2,367 meters above sea level.
The town serves as the administrative center of the Gedeb Asasa woreda.
