Mersa, also known as Mersa-Abagetye, is a city administration located in Ethiopia. It serves as the administrative center of the Habru Woreda within the Semien Wollo Zone of the Amhara Region.
The city is situated at an elevation of 1600 meters with geographical coordinates of 11°40′N 39°39.5′E. It is positioned along Ethiopian Highway 2, which serves as a primary transportation route in the area.
