Adet, also known as Adet Medhanialem, is a town located in northwestern Ethiopia. It is situated in the Mirab Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Region, specifically positioned south of Bahir Dar.
The town sits at an altitude of 2,216 meters above sea level with geographical coordinates of 11°16′N 37°29′E. Adet serves as the largest settlement within the Yilmana Densa woreda.
