Endamekoni (also spelled Endamehoni) is a district, or woreda, located in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia. It serves as an administrative subdivision within the Debubawi Zone.
The district is bordered by Ofla to the south, the Amhara Region to the west, Alaje to the north, and Raya Azebo to the east. Notable locations within or surrounding the area include the town of Wedisemro and the town of Maychew, which is situated within Endamekoni.
