Santa Coloma de Gramenet, often referred to informally as Santa Coloma, is a municipality located in the Barcelonès county of Catalonia, Spain. Historically known as Gramenet de Besòs between 1936 and 1939, it is currently ranked as the ninth most populated city within the Catalonia region.

The city is situated on the left bank of the Besòs river, positioned on the south-east side of the coastal range. It is geographically separated from the coastline by the municipalities of Sant Adrià de Besòs and Badalona. The highest point in the municipality is the Puig Castellar, which reaches an elevation of 299 meters.
