San Bartolomé de Tirajana is a village and Spanish municipality located in the south-western region of Gran Canaria. It is situated within the Las Palmas province of the Canary Islands, an archipelago off the coast of Africa.

The municipality covers an area of 333.13 km2 (128.62 sq mi), making it the largest municipality by land area in both the island of Gran Canaria and the entire Canary Islands. As of 2013, the population of the area was recorded at 56,698.
