Sanlúcar de Barrameda, often referred to simply as Sanlúcar, is a city located in the northwest of the Cádiz province within the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It serves as a coastal settlement situated on the left bank at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River.

The city is positioned opposite the Doñana National Park and lies approximately 52 km from the provincial capital of Cádiz and 119 km from Sevilla, the capital of the Andalusia region. As of current records, Sanlúcar has a population of 68,656 inhabitants.
