Vallecas was a municipality located in the region of Madrid, Spain. It existed as an independent administrative entity until 1950, at which point it was annexed into the city of Madrid.
The territory formerly belonging to Vallecas is currently divided between two distinct districts: Puente de Vallecas and Villa de Vallecas.
