Dishna is a city located in the Qena Governorate of Egypt. It is situated on the north bank of the River Nile, positioned to the west of the city of Qena.
The name Dishna originates from the Coptic term ⲧⲉϣⲛⲏ, which translates literally to "the tree garden."
