Atfih is a town located in Middle Egypt. It serves as a residential area within the country's interior geography.
The town was part of the Helwan Governorate from April 2008 until April 2011, at which point it was reincorporated into the Giza Governorate. As of 2001, Atfih had a recorded population of 106,300 inhabitants.
