Puerto Limón, also known as Limón, is a city located in Costa Rica. It serves as the capital city for both the province and the canton of the same name.
The city is recognized as one of Costa Rica's seven "middle cities." As of 2022, it had a population of 71,514, making it the most populous city in the country outside of the Greater Metropolitan Area and the second most populous district in the nation.
