Yana Yaku is a mountain located in the northern part of the Cordillera Negra within the Andes of Peru. It reaches an elevation of approximately 4,800 metres (15,748 ft) above sea level.
The peak is situated in the Ancash Region, specifically within the Santa Province and the Cáceres del Perú District. Geographically, Yana Yaku lies between Qarwaqucha to the southeast and Quñuqranra to the northwest, positioned west of Rumi Cruz.
