Pujili

Pujilí is a town located in the Cotopaxi Province of Ecuador. It is situated approximately ten to twenty minutes from Latacunga and lies south of the national capital, Quito. The town serves as the seat of the Pujilí Canton.

The majority of the local population consists of Quechua-speaking indigenous peoples. The area is known for its artisan shops and a notable yellow and blue staircase that offers views of the town. Additionally, the community hosts markets on Sundays and Wednesdays featuring locally produced pottery, ceramics, and textiles.
