Robbah is a town and commune located in the El Oued Province of Algeria. It serves as the capital of the Robbah District and is situated approximately 10 kilometres southeast of the provincial capital, El Oued.
The town forms part of the larger urban area surrounding El Oued. According to the 2008 census, Robbah had a population of 21,965, reflecting an annual growth rate of 2.5% from its 1998 population of 17,243.
