Bou Saada is a city located in north-central Algeria and serves as the capital of the Bou Saada province. Geographically, it is situated at the crossroads between the mountainous regions of the north and the Sahara Desert.
The city is positioned approximately 198 kilometers south of the Algerian capital and about 183 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast.
