Aflou is a town and commune located in the Alfou Province of Algeria. It serves as the administrative capital for both the Alfou Province and the Aflou District.
Situated in the Amour Range of the Saharan Atlas at an elevation of 1,426 meters (4,678 feet), Aflou is recognized as one of the highest towns in Algeria. As of 1998, the town had a recorded population of 48,000 residents.
