Nedroma is a city located in the Tlemcen Province of northwestern Algeria, situated approximately 77 kilometres (48 mi) from the city of Tlemcen. Historically, it served as the capital of Trara and was constructed by the Almohad caliph Abd al-Mu'min on the ruins of an existing Berber town.
The city is noted for its significant Islamic history, particularly its Great Mosque, which once housed the earliest surviving Almoravid minbar. Due to its cultural importance, Nedroma was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2002.
