El Eulma is a city located in Algeria, situated approximately 210 miles east of the national capital, Algiers. It serves as the second-largest city within the Sétif Province and has a recorded population of 305,130.
During the French colonial period, the city was known by the name Saint Arnaud, which was named in honor of Marshal Jacques Leroy de Saint Arnaud.
